Although this title only refers to a right that everyone, including the executive branch, expresses their respect for without hesitation when it is perceived within reasonable limits, freedom of expression actually means that even the most disturbing and intolerable views can be expressed without worry. On the other hand, it is a reality in Turkey that politicians, intellectuals, intellectuals and art workers, let alone having this freedom, constantly find the law as an opinion controller against them. This freedom, which is tried to be narrowed by arbitrary practices, becomes available with wider limits when these practices are subjected to judicial review. We carefully take every precaution to ensure that our clients can express their views without fear of unlawful sanctions, and we fight for the establishment of an understanding of freedom of expression in our country that accepts the European Convention on Human Rights as a starting point.
