Criminal Law

Considering that this most serious legal process, in which the judicial power can deprive a person of his/her freedom, has become more complicated than ever in recent years due to irregularities in the investigation process, biased judgments and changes in execution regulations, we consider it our top priority that our clients who are subjected to a criminal investigation receive the most attentive and qualified legal assistance. With frequently changing Supreme Court precedents, arbitrary arrest and judicial control measures, and an investigation process that is not conducted meticulously from the very beginning, there are more and more examples of cases where the investigation process leads to loss of rights, even if the end result is a vindication. For this reason, we actively work not only on the final verdict, but also on the prosecution's actions that may cause irreparable damage, and we make sure that all the opportunities available to the defense are used equally with the prosecution. In this way, our office has prevented our clients from being restricted by arbitrary measures in hundreds of cases, as well as preventing the victimization that may arise from mistakes made in the first instance proceedings.
