According to the judiciary; There are two types of citizens:

One; Turquoise Blooded Ones…

Two; Normal Bloods…

'Turquoise Bloods', that is, those who are close to the Palace and the government, are exempt from prosecution and punishment, even if they commit a crime, are caught red-handed, or if evidence is scattered around. Even if an investigation is forced upon reaction, trial without arrest is essential. It is the Palace's order to cover up the crimes...

If you are not 'Turquoise Blood', your job is very difficult. Woe to you, especially if you are an oppositionist.

The law does not apply to the 'Turquoise Blooded' who massacres the green for profit. Those who defend nature and remind the laws are imprisoned under conspiracies such as the 'Gezi Case'. In a country where rapists, murderers, and those with 20 criminal records are tried without detention, you could be imprisoned for months for a single tweet.

It is in this judicial system that some 'Turquoise Bloods' have been hunting for wealth for years. First, they make statements that will upset people. Their lawyers are waiting in ambush. They identify allegedly insulting posts on social media and file a lawsuit for compensation. They collect tens of thousands of lira through reconciliation in the short term and court judgments in the long term. There are many supporters who make people swear at themselves and turn it into money. For example; Erkan Tan has been lining his pockets by giving mehtar for years. The wealth he earned this way spreads from word of mouth.

Fatih Altaylı from Habertürk explained it in his article titled 'Insult Trade'. A lawyer explained this wheel and asked for a power of attorney. After listing the names of many supporters who call themselves 'journalists', he said: "We represent all of them. "Some of them earn nearly 300 thousand TL per month from these insult cases alone," he said. There are thousands of victims. Let's focus only on the experiences of three MPs from the Turkish Workers' Party (TİP).

TİP MPs did not file a complaint despite the heavy insults for a long time, but the incident turned into a shower of curses with impunity. Decisions of non-prosecution rained down on criminal complaints.

There are three basic reasons for these decisions, written by the same pen: One; The identity of the person swearing could not be determined. Two; The addressee of the insult is not known because the person swearing did not write his name. Fly; Since no complaint was made within 6 months, the time period has passed.

1- EXPRESSIONS BY UNknown perpetrators

Some of the curses made against TİP MP Ahmet Şık are as follows: “Dishonorable people like this He needs to take it and put it on a stake in Taksim Square... PKK's dog is a dog of Europe.", "Dishonorable bitch, traitor, you will cut off the one in front of this and give it to his mouth as Turkish delight.", "Dishonorable bastards.", "The state is your mother." s… This is his child…”

Decisions of non-prosecution were given on the grounds that the identities of those who cursed could not be determined. In the case of Turquoise Bloods, the users who were identified immediately could not be found when the complainants became dissidents.

So what happens when their identity is determined?

2- THE ADDRESSOR OF THE PROPHET IS NOT KNOWN

The perpetrators of the following curse words against Ahmet Şık were identified: .”, “Bitch”, “You need to be treated well, you dog breed.”, “Traitor dogs”, “Scum, dishonorable, traitor PKK”, “It's not your fault. Your father's. Shit happened and he came home drunk that night. “You bastard.”, “Fuck that… kid.”

All swear words were written under the news and posts about Ahmet Şık. However, the prosecutor's office decided not to prosecute, saying "Since the suspect did not write the name of the person he insulted, the addressee is not known." However, curses were written under the news and posts in which Sera Kadıgil's photo was placed and targeted:

"Then let's start the rape with you, you o...", "Shill, whorehouse escapee", "So they raped you too, you retarded woman." ”, “Infidel bitch.”, “Wow, you big people who are used to such things”, “You are the past of your past... damn you”…

If these comments were written in the news about an AKP politician, the perpetrators would wake up in prison.

3- 'THE COMPLAINT TIME EXPIRED' WHEN THEY WERE OPPOSED.

The same judicial mechanism operated for TİP MP Barış Atay. Let's examine the third reason for non-prosecution with the decisions of non-prosecution given upon Barış Atay's criminal complaints.

Some of the curses made against Barış Atay on social media are as follows:

“That son of a bitch would be an artist if he were one of you. If anything, it would be that son of a bitch", "That son of a bitch did it to advertise, to stay in the media, bastard.", "Daddy, I'm insulting you, bastard.", "You talked about the bastard behind the scenes. ….”, “I'll fuck your mother”, “This guy is the one. It is his child.”

A decision was made not to prosecute all these curses because the 6-month complaint period had passed. I wonder if this period also applies to Turquoise Bloods? Of course not. You remember that Canan Kaftancıoğlu was sentenced to prison and banned from politics for the tweets she wrote 7-8 years ago, right?i?

The decisions of non-prosecution made against Barış Atay on the grounds that "his name was not mentioned, it was not clear that he was the addressee" become more tragic. Even when the swear words mention Barış Atay's acting past, the prosecutor's office says, "There is no evidence that he was cursed at." For example, these swear words:

"He's not an actor, that son of a bitch, that bastard." "It was obvious in your first movie that you would be dishonorable... you are a dishonorable, traitorous scoundrel.", "... this damn traitor who starred in a bad-ass TV series..."

TIP MPs' lawyer Bişar Abdi Alinak stated that 100 percent of the criminal complaints were filed. He explains that 90-95 of them ended in non-prosecution. Stating that the requirement to file a complaint within 6 months is not applied to AKP politicians, Bişar Abdi Alinak says:

“According to the law; This period starts after the complainant realizes the insult, and there is a provision in the Supreme Court decisions that 'The complainant's statement should be taken as basis'. However, just to decide not to prosecute, it is assumed that the complainant saw the insult at the time it was made. Decisions not to prosecute on the grounds that the addressee of the swearing is not clear are also irrational.”

PUNISHMENTS RAINED ON POLITICIANS

While no lawsuits are filed for swearing at opposition figures, lawsuits are pouring in against those who criticize the government. Three TİP MPs were given compensation fines of hundreds of thousands of liras.

Lastly, President Erdoğan filed a compensation lawsuit of 100 thousand TL against Ahmet Şık due to the statements he made after the decision hearing of the Gezi Case. To date, Ahmet Şık has been fined 250 thousand TL, including the compensation cases filed by Erdoğan's lawyer Mustafa Doğan İnal.

In summary; In the palace regime, when you are a 'Turquoise Blood', swearing is free and even normal blooded people are punished heavily for engaging in politics.
